Line Meets Shape.

Studio Film.

A Polyester Studio short that explores the story of a relationship, entirely through shapes and lines. Even abstract animation can convey character, personality and emotion. Using a minimalist colour palette, with nothing but shape, line, and sound, we ventured to communicate the raw emotions of a relationship, from its inception to its end. Starting with nervous and moving to happy, angry, scared and, finally, grieving, we wanted to bring to life the shared emotions of both characters without portraying them.
